The Process
Drying and Storage
Harvest It.
It all begins in the field. When a combine is run, anything that is in the field alongside a crop can be harvested with the intended crop. This includes but is not limited to: other crops, weed seeds, rocks, and metal.
Color Sorter Cleanout
Clean it.
Our state of the art facility has a pre-cleaner rotary drum, airstream cleaner, destoner, magnetic separator, gravity table, polisher and optical color sorter. Each machine allows us to keep what we want and get rid of anything we don’t. At the end, we achieve a pure lot of food grade product.
Certified Organic Hard Red Winter Wheat (Renan)
Package it.
We currently have the ability to package in 25 lb, 50 lb, and tote
(1600 lb - 2200 lb) bags.
